Products ship from the manufacturing laboratory in China to our Australian warehouse, where every order undergoes quality assurance before dispatch. We handle all labelling and packaging in-house — every vial is reviewed, labelled, and packed before dispatch. Standard orders ship via express courier with an estimated delivery of 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance — these are untracked. Local stock orders ship discreetly with a tracking number provided on dispatch, arriving worldwide in under a week.
