1. Research use only

All products supplied by Capital Peptides are intended for laboratory and research use only. Products are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for therapeutic use and are not for human or animal consumption.

2. Buyer eligibility

By placing an order, you warrant that you are a licensed research entity, qualified professional, or authorised purchaser, and that products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.

3. Pricing & payment

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our supply partner in China. International delivery times (typically 2–3 weeks) are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk pass to the buyer on dispatch. Buyers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Peptides is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products supplied.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
