Yes — every single batch is third-party tested by Janoshik Analytical (the most respected independent peptide testing lab) for purity, identity, and content. Certificates of analysis are available on request, or downloadable from your order page.
Express shipping is a flat $130 AUD worldwide, regardless of order size. This means buying multiple kits is more cost-effective per item.
All products pass through our Australian warehouse for quality assurance and packaging before dispatch to you. Standard delivery is 2–3 weeks from order, depending on your location. Local Canberra stock orders placed before 9 am on a weekday are dispatched same-day.
We ship worldwide. Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, North America, and most of Asia are routinely served. Delivery times outside this list may vary.
Yes. All shipments are plain-packed with no Capital Peptides branding visible from the outside. The contents are declared accurately on the customs label as research materials.
For Local Stock orders, tracking is sent once your order is packed and dispatched from Canberra. For Direct-from-China orders, we don't issue a tracking number for the China leg — tracking only becomes available once your parcel lands in Australia, so there's nothing to track before then. If it's been more than 3 weeks since ordering with no tracking number at all, contact us and we'll investigate.
We back every dispatch with a 3-week delivery guarantee. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of ordering, contact us with your tracking number — we'll reship the order free of charge or issue a full refund, your choice.
If your parcel is held or seized by customs or Border Force for any reason, we will reship your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund, your choice — guaranteed. Simply contact us and we'll sort it out straight away. In practice, the vast majority of Australian orders arrive without issue, but our guarantee covers you either way.
No. All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only. They are not approved by the TGA for therapeutic use and are not for human consumption.
Every product is offered two ways. A 'single' is one vial (or for tab-based products, one strip) — useful for trialing a peptide or for small-scale work. A 'kit' is 10 vials (or 60–100 tabs depending on the compound) at a substantial discount per unit. Kits typically save 30–40% per vial compared to buying singles.
Lyophilised vials should be stored at -20°C long-term, or 2–8°C for short-term storage. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the validated window.
