If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@capitalpeps.com with your order number and photos. We will replace, refund, or where possible fulfil from our local Australian stock with delivery within 4 days — at no cost to you.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Once a peptide kit has left our facility, it cannot be re-stocked or resold.
All orders are processed through our Australian warehouse and dispatched via tracked express courier, typically arriving within 2–3 weeks. If your order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of ordering, contact us with your tracking number — we will reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice. Where applicable, we may also offer to fulfil your order from our local Australian stock with delivery within 4 days.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any import duties, taxes, or restrictions on research compounds. Capital Peptides cannot control or predict customs decisions.
If a parcel is seized by customs due to a legitimate courier or logistics error, we will assist with documentation and where possible offer a reship or local fulfilment. However, if seizure occurs because the product is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, Capital Peptides accepts no liability and no replacement or refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of importing these research materials before ordering.
If you have concerns about product quality, contact us with the batch number on the vial. We retain reference samples and can verify against our internal QC.
