Refund & Returns Policy
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@capitalpeps.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the affected items at no cost.
Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Once a peptide kit has left our facility, it cannot be re-stocked or resold.
3-week delivery guarantee
All orders ship from our partner laboratory in China with tracked express courier and typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. If your order has not been delivered within 3 weeks of ordering, contact us with your tracking number — we will reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.
Customs & import responsibility
Buyers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country. Capital Peptides cannot control or predict customs decisions. If a parcel is seized by customs, we will assist with documentation but cannot guarantee a refund.
Quality concerns
If you have concerns about product quality, contact us with the batch number on the vial. We retain reference samples and can verify against our internal QC.
