Growth Hormone & Secretagogues · 5mg
Janoshik-tested · 10 vials per kit
HGH (Somatropin) is a recombinant human growth hormone studied in preclinical and clinical research for its anabolic and metabolic properties. Research has examined its potential to stimulate IGF-1 production, promote lipolysis, enhance nitrogen retention, support bone density, and regulate carbohydrate metabolism. Studies have explored applications in growth hormone deficiency, body composition, and aging-related decline.

HGH Fragment 176-191
Somatotropin C-Terminal Fragment
HGH Fragment 176-191 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminal amino acids 176-191 of human growth hormone (hGH). Developed at Monash University (Melbourne), this fragment was identified as responsible for hGH's lipolytic activity while being structurally distinct from the N-terminal domains that drive IGF-1 stimulation and anabolic or diabetogenic effects.
The fragment interacts with growth hormone receptors on adipocytes to activate hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) and inhibit lipoprotein lipase (LPL), shifting the adipocyte towards lipolysis and away from fatty acid uptake and triglyceride storage. Unlike intact hGH, the fragment does not bind IGF-1 receptors, does not stimulate IGF-1 production, and does not produce insulin resistance or hyperglycaemia — isolating the fat-mobilising property of GH.
Animal studies demonstrated selective visceral and subcutaneous fat reduction without effects on lean mass or blood glucose. Human phase I/II trials (Metabolic Pharmaceuticals, Melbourne) showed dose-dependent weight and fat loss over 12 weeks with favourable safety profiles. Research also includes combination studies with dietary interventions and resistance training protocols.
