Organ & Bioregulator Research · 20mg
Janoshik-tested · 10 vials per kit
Testagen is a synthetic tetrapeptide bioregulator studied in preclinical research for its prostate and androgen-related effects. Research has examined its potential to improve lower urinary tract symptoms in chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, reduce prostatic inflammation, increase serum testosterone levels, and regulate endocrine function through epigenetic modulation of nucleic acid sequences.

Testagen
Testagen is a synthetic tetrapeptide developed as a testicular bioregulator in the Khavinson series. It is studied for regulatory effects on Leydig cells and testicular function in the context of age-related hypogonadism and reproductive function decline.
Proposed mechanism involves chromatin binding in testicular Leydig and Sertoli cells, influencing transcription of genes governing steroidogenesis (including testosterone biosynthesis enzymes) and spermatogenesis-supporting factors. Effects on gonadotropin receptor expression have been described in animal models.
Animal studies describe partial restoration of testosterone levels and testicular cell populations in aged male rodents. Research interest extends to age-related hypogonadism and testicular function preservation in combination bioregulator protocols.
