Organ & Bioregulator Research · 20mg
Janoshik-tested · 10 vials per kit
Vesilute is a synthetic bioactive peptide studied in preclinical research for its urinary system regulatory effects. Research has examined its potential to influence gene expression in bladder and prostate tissues, regulate inflammatory markers in chronic aseptic prostatic inflammation, and improve tissue swelling, congestion, and cellular infiltration in affected tissues.

Vesilute
α-Glutamylaspartic Acid
Vesilute (α-Glutamylaspartic acid) is a dipeptide developed as a urological bioregulator in the Khavinson series. It is studied for regulatory effects on bladder and urinary tract tissue in the context of age-related urological dysfunction.
Proposed to act via chromatin binding in urothelial cells and smooth muscle of the bladder and urinary tract, potentially modulating gene expression related to cell renewal, tight junction proteins, and smooth muscle contractile machinery.
Research includes aged animal models of bladder dysfunction and urinary incontinence. Vesilute has been studied as part of multi-bioregulator protocols targeting urological ageing, including in combination with prostate-targeted peptides (Prostamax).
