Organ & Bioregulator Research · 20mg
Janoshik-tested · 10 vials per kit
Vesugen is a synthetic tripeptide bioregulator studied in preclinical research for its cardiovascular and vascular endothelial effects. Research has examined its potential to stimulate vascular cell differentiation, promote endothelial tissue regeneration, regulate collagen synthesis in vessel walls, and support vascular integrity. Studies have explored applications in cardiovascular aging and vascular disease models.

Vesugen
Vesugen is a synthetic tripeptide developed as a systemic vascular bioregulator in the Khavinson series. Distinct from Cardiogen (cardiac-targeted) and Vesilute (urological), Vesugen specifically targets blood vessel endothelium and smooth muscle cells, with applications in systemic vascular health research.
Proposed to act via chromatin binding in vascular endothelial and smooth muscle cells, influencing gene expression related to eNOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase), antioxidant enzymes, extracellular matrix maintenance, and anti-inflammatory mediators. Effects on endothelial integrity and vascular reactivity have been described in aged animal models.
Research describes normalisation of vascular endothelial function, reduced oxidative stress markers, and improved microcirculation parameters in aged rodent models. Vesugen is frequently included in multi-organ bioregulator protocols alongside Cardiogen for cardiovascular longevity research.
