Cognitive & Nootropic · 20mg
Janoshik-tested · 10 vials per kit
Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide nootropic studied in preclinical research for its cognitive and sleep-regulatory properties. Research has examined its potential to improve memory and cognitive function, restore circadian rhythm, enhance sleep hormone secretion, improve sleep quality, and stimulate immune cell activity. Studies have explored applications in age-related cognitive decline and sleep disorder models.

Pinealon
Glu-Asp-Arg
Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) developed as a pineal gland and neural bioregulator in the Khavinson peptide series. It is studied for effects on cognitive function, circadian regulation, and neuroprotection in aged organisms, representing the CNS-targeted category within the Khavinson bioregulator framework.
Proposed mechanisms include direct chromatin binding in pinealocytes (pineal gland cells) to regulate gene expression involved in melatonin synthesis and circadian rhythm signalling. In neuronal models, Pinealon demonstrates antioxidant and anti-apoptotic activity, potentially via regulation of Bax/Bcl-2 ratios under oxidative stress conditions.
Russian bioregulator research describes cognitive improvement in aged animals treated with Pinealon, including memory performance and attentional measures. Neuroprotective effects have been studied in hypoxia and neurotoxicity models. Combination with other bioregulators (e.g. Epithalon) in anti-ageing protocols is described in the Russian gerontological literature.
